- Helped with writing town's Comprehensive Plan and zoning ordinance
- Supported establishment of cell service in town
- Supported and assisted in successful preservation of "critical viewshed" farmland
- Aggressively seeking DEC and county's sole responsibility for landfill closure
- Partnering with LVBA to improve town and attract businesses
- Diffused issue with DOT over Hannaford project, and moved it forward
- Co-ordinated with LVPA and law enforcement for management of severe weather emergencies

- Challenged OSC to correct audit inaccuracies
- Actively involved with Shaker Museum to expedite their establishment at Mt. Lebanon
